A nice Sunday brunch idea if you have some spare time on your hands

The Au Cheval burger is arguably the nicest burger in the United States and is definitely one of my favorites. With Locations in New York and Chicago, it is definitely worth a visit. However, if that’s not an option you can just follow my recipe.

Decided to add something sweet to the recipes catalog, Don’t usually make sweet things. However this salted caramel and chocolate tart is worth a try.

The Dough for potato rolls can be used for a number of things including dinner rolls and potato bread loaf. My favorite use for it though is for burger buns.

Unless you have been to the east coast of America you may not have even heard of shake shack but in my opinion it is one of the nicest burgers out there. I made these recently and was surprised with how good they were.

One of my favorite foods, when they are done right are wings and this recipe is the result of many experiments.
