My Story

I am a self-taught cook who is always looking to learn and expand my knowledge when it comes to food. I have always been drawn to jobs that require some level of creativity and coming up with ideas. Having worked in bars and restaurants in the US and Ireland for the last six years I have decided to finally create a website and Instagram to show off some of the food I like to cook.
